Fatma İnce is one of Turkey’s leading women entrepreneurs and visionary leaders in the field of international education.
With the establishment of YELS Danışmanlık in 2016, she has illuminated the dreams of thousands of students seeking to study abroad and built one of Turkey’s most trusted brands in international education.
Specializing in education, project management, and international accreditation, İnce also serves as the official representative for numerous universities across Europe and the Middle East through her UK-based company, EduUni Ltd.
The institutions she founded operate under international standards as ICEF Trained Agent (ITAC), StudyTravel Reference Checked (STRC), British Council Approved, and ISO 27001 Information Security Certified organizations.
Fatma İnce is not merely a consultant — she is a leader who guides with knowledge and transforms with vision.
Through Lumora Project & Consulting, based in Estonia, she aims to create lasting impact in women’s entrepreneurship, educational equality, and social transformation by working in alignment with institutions such as the European Union, United Nations, UNICEF, TÜBİTAK, and the World Bank.
